Japan Economic Research Institute Inc.is a research and consulting arm of Development Bank of Japan. Since its founding as one of the earliest think-tanks in post-war Japan, satisfaction of our clients and improvement of the economy and society have always been our goal. The four elements comprising the DNA of DBJ Group – long-term perspective, neutrality, public-mindedness and trust – have been a source of our institutional pride. Now that Japan’s relative economic position in the world has started to decline, there is greater demand for our consulting services from Japanese clients for their overseas activities. Consulting regarding various regional issues and SDGs are also on the increase. Our experienced consultants and their accumulated knowledge in the three fields – Public Service Sector, Business Solution Sector and International Sector – allow us to continue providing high-quality service, unsurpassed by other think tanks, to our clients.
